Our aim is to meet and, if
possible, exceed your expectations. The accuracy and reliability of
all our work is assured through rigorous quality control procedures.

In accordance with
professional codes of conduct, Andrew Smith only translates into
his mother tongue, English.

All work to be carried out
is agreed in writing on our job order.

Subsequent additional
requirements are always agreed in writing.

In the event of translation
queries, these will be raised with the client in writing on our
special query form.

Before delivery, all work
is subjected to a documented 25-point check by the translator
(self-check).

If required, we can arrange
for a second translator to carry out a further quality control
check. Note, there is
an additional charge for this service.
We believe this system is
efficient and worthwhile; it is in the best interests of both client and
translator. Note however, it does add a little extra time to the job.
